Dear Mr Bill Gates Jee,
My name is Banta Singh and l am from Punjab , India (Sub-Continent in the Continent of Asia ). The request is this that, on the pressure of my family, bought your computer for our home and we found the following problems, which I want to bring to your notice, so that you can get it rectified for us (if possible) and also to ensure that you do not commit this mistake again (and have another dis-satisfied customer).
1. After connecting to internet we planned to open e-mail account and whenever we fill the form in Hotmail in the password column, only ****** appears, but in the rest of the fields whatever we typed appears, but we face this problem only in password field. We have tried for 2 full days, in turn with my wife and children, but the result is the same. Then, we checked with hardware vendor Santa Singh and he said that all your models are facing the same problem. However, he has assured that there is no problem with the keyboard or the computer. Therefore, we have to open the e-mail account with password *****. Now we are typing *****, but the mail is not being retrieved.
2. There is a button 'start' but there is no "stop" button. We request you to check this. I think you forgot to put this button in my computer. However, we are stopping it by switching off from the main switch.
3. We find there is 'Run' in the menu. When I click this button then I have to 'run' (which makes me tired). So I request you to change the 'run' to "sit", so that I can use the computer while sitting.
4. As we do not have a cycle in our house, I suggest that there should be an option of re-scooter (I have got one), instead of re-cycle and may be car option for those who have got car...
5. There is 'Find' button but it is not working properly. My wife lost the bathroom door key (and I was inside). I told her to find from the 'Find' key and she tried a lot for tracing the key with this 'find button', but she was unable to trace it (I had to break the bathroom door to come out). Is it a bug in the find key or my wife was playing a trick on me?
6. Please confirm when u are going to give me money for winning 'HEARTS' (playing cards in games) and when are u coming to my home to collect ur money. Another solution is that you can do these transactions through a bank (I can give you my account no. and you can give yours).
7. My child learnt 'Microsoft word' now he wants to learn 'Microsoft sentence', Microsoft Essay etc. Are you working on it and how soon can you provide that, otherwise my child will grow up to learn all this?
8. I bought computer, CPU, mouse and keypad, but there is only one icon with 'MY Computer', remaining is not there?
9. The windows says 'MY Pictures', but there is not even single photo of mine. Do not worry, I can send them to you so that you can put it in. One more suggestion, you can also have another icon of 'My Family Pictures'.
10. There is 'MICROSOFT OFFICE' what about 'MICROSOFT HOME' since I use the PC at home only. Or you plan to next time make a computer for home, school, college, universities as well.
